  1. I go to Burger King on Highway 70 S. in Bellevue Tennessee. I get a senior coffee almost every morning. Today I went to Burger King and they had an employee who was not working at her regular store. She told me they did not have a senior coffee. If this is true, they have been charging me for a senior every morning that I go there. She was rude

  4. My daughter went to the Burger King on delprado and Cleveland ave in North Fort Myers. She had ordered a whopper meal with no cheese, no lettuce and extra pickles, because I am allergic to dairy. She had also asked for onion rings instead of fries. The girl taking the order was rude and says they don’t come with cheese, but sends out a burger with cheese, the whole thing was a mess, not even edible. No onion rings either. The burger wasn’t even put together, onions and pickles were just laying on top of the bun all wrapped up. Horrible service!

  5. Made a mobile order for Burger King in Russellville Ky. Arrived to get my order and was told at the speaker they were out of whopper Pattie’s. Of course I had ordered a Whopper and a Large drink. Was told to pull to the second window. At the window was told again….”we have NO Whopper Patties and therefore we can’t serve you a Whopper and then was told oh and by the way we are out of Large cups so would you mind a Medium…..hmmmm. So that is like saying you paid for a Whopper and a Large drink, but would you mind taking a jr whopper and a Small drink instead….and thanks for the tip!!!!

    They said I could ask for a refund but I would have to call corporate and the refund would take a few days…..and then when I asked for the number they didn’t have it and would have to make a call to the manager!!!!

  6. The Burger King in Huntsville, Tx is outrageous! There’s no reason I should’ve seen roaches , nats , &’ even a rat ! I don’t even understand how they’re still open , it’s unbelievable and completely unacceptable behavior for a fast food restaurant. Don’t understand how they’re still open.

  7. The current commercial jingle is as musically talentless as can b- forcing syllables, horrible singing voices, mispronouncing words. Hire a more creative writer. First half of jingle is total junk- last passable

  8. Was working there. I’m a single mom of two. I specifically had requested I worked mornings and not weekends (because of my children’s babysitter) and because it was easier to manage my transportation since I had to borrow a vehicle. Last night I asked if the schedule got posted. To which they lied and said it was but was never sent in the “chat”. I asked again later that night to which I had 0 reply. Today I woke up late and still no schedule was posted. After 12 hours past my time to work, they posted the schedule only to find they crossed me off completely. They retaliated against me and ignored my requests. If I could get ahold of the upper management I’d immediately be reporting the on site manager for what is going on. No one is talking to me about it professionally and I now have to find another job.

  9. The Burger King in Sedalia Missouri is filthy to the point of being a health hazard. It is the only place in town with an indoor play place, so many people would love to be able to take their children there but can’t because it’s too disgusting. I took my grandchildren there in June and a cockroach crawled across our table. As I was moving food, drinks etc away from that roach, I spotted another crawling up the table. I have a photo of that cockroach. Today, a member of a local Facebook group posted a photo of the restroom showing s disgusting mess in and around the toilet. This BK used to be popular in town and could be again, but the current management must be replaced and/or other significant changes made before we can trust it is safe to eat there with our family.

  10. Waited forever In drive thru lane with custom order of extra stuff on some none on others and all were wrong. Doesn’t matter time of day, breakfast, lunch and dinner are always over time. The only good thing is they get my jr burrito bacon light sauce, no hash right after an extended wait time

  12. I’ve had multiple smarties blasts at the Grande Prairie, Alberta Burger King on 100 street. Way more often than not the blast has been liquidy with no ice cream and smarties. It was gross not what do you expect when you’re expecting an ice cream blast. Unfortunately for me I won’t go back and try another one because this is the fourth or fifth time that I’ve tried and the smartie blast has been liquidy with them having barely any ice cream.

  17. I’m writing to commend one of your employees at the store in Benson, NC. Her name is Vicky Covington. I was in the restaurant and left my purse. I didn’t realize it until I arrived at home in Washington , DC. Of course I panicked. My daughter was able to find the number. I called and told the person that I left my purse and in the most calming voice, she said, it’s here. Vicky found my purse and worked with me to get it back. She is an angel that helped me tremendously. What a dedicated employee you have. She deserves special recognition.

    I have a complaint about BK# 24999. We usually like BK. But today, it was terrible. The meat and french fries were just barely warm, not hot. But the worst part is the lettuce was old and brown! They obviously used leftover lettuce cut up from the day before or longer. It was GROSS! Your employees surely knew that the lettuce should have been discarded and fresh lettuce cut and used. But, they obviously didn’t care. We would’ve said something to the worker wearing the headset but she was apparently on a personal phone call most ofthe time we were there. BK advertises fresh ingredients but this was not fresh! What happened to “Your Way, For You”, etc. We won’t be returning to BK# 24999. Very disappointing.

Location was Elk Grove Burger King.I was shocked as I saw a employee take a burger patty out of a pan of hot water and put it on the bun, then the cheese and lettuce,and tomato on top of this water bath burger. I don’t believe this represents what use to be my favorite Whopper. I ate the Whopper(which tasted discussting) because I was hungry, but I think this is horrible way to treat faithful customers. I would appreciate your response if possible. Thank you for caring about your reputation.
    You probably don’t know that some of your employees don’t mind serving GARBAGE to customers.

  20. Store 6815 place order for meals and fries, had to wait for order at window , call to tell them my fries was missing their phone is cut off/disconnected and this is supposed to be a business.

  21. I was double charged from the Lodi ca Burger King store 25081 on 5/19/23 @2:25pm. The amount of my order was $19.02. While I was eating my meal inside the restaurant I checked my bank statement and noticed the Burger King manager charged my card twice. When I showed the manager the error, she said there was nothing that could be done.

    Stealing money from customers and treating them unprofessional when confronted is unacceptable. I gave my contact information to the female manager who then said she would contact me the next day.

    I week has gone by with no contact. I contacted her again on 6/2/23 @ 5:24 pm and inquired about being reimbursed, she again had an attitude and hung up on me.

    This behavior is UNACCEPTABLE and will no longer be tolerated. I’m not sure if you have an employee double charging customers and pocketing the money or what. I have proven my card was double charged and is being dismissed by the store.

  22. I just stopped at the Burger King on Chicago Road in So Chicago Heights, IL to get myself supper. In drive-thru the employee said they had no fries, no onion rings and no drinks. I just wanted a Whopper. When I got the Whopper it was cold. I had to heat it up at home. This is not the first time I was given a cold Whopper. My total was $7.14 but I didn’t have enough change so gave the attendant $8.00 my change consisted of Pennie’s and dimes. I cannot believe the manager hadn’t prepared better for no fries, onion rings and drinks, let alone making sure there was plenty of change for today (Sunday, May 28, 2023).

  23. The new drink machine installed after Covid has been out of order for almost two years at store no. 25402 in Sebastian, Florida 32958. We eat there a lot and I think this is unacceptable. Not sure why it would take this long to get something repaired or replaced.

    Waited quite a while in line with only two Cars in front of me. Had to repeat my order 4-5 times. Came with 2 lg drinks they had no ice and the coke was flat when I got home. My plain whopper had mayonnaise on it. So had to throw half away. Last time I’ll go there.

Approximately 2yrs ago my wife,my nephew and myself stopped at the Burger King on 1601 McFarland BLVD Tuscaloosa Al one afternoon for lunch.We had eaten there many times over the years without an issue.On this particular day we had ordered inside and received our meals,all combos,sat down at the table and as I removed top bun from my burger to add ketchup I immediately noticed short black hairs on my sandwich.Informed my wife and nephew what I discovered,they also checked their sandwiches and low and behold they discovered the same black hairs on their sandwiches! Happen stance? I think not!! We threw them away and promptly left without reporting it to management disgustlngly sick!! Well we were near there today so since it had been awhile I thought I would give it a try cause I love BK.Went to drive thru placed my order Dbl Beef Whopper no cheese because I’m lactose intolerant and hate cheese anyway,heavy pickles large combo.I checked my order as we drove off (big mistake) and noticed cheese on my burger.We drove back to drive thru since we were only customers to exchange sandwich for one with no cheese like I ordered young lady that took my order opened window,my wife who was driving handed her bag with burger inside and kindly told her we ordered it without cheese,she took bag and told my wife to pull forward to a certain spot. In less than a minute the young lady appears at car window obviously irritated and wanted to know what the problem was in which my wife told her we ordered without cheese and she began to argue we ordered dbl cheese and she showed us the receipt saying so which she clearly mis-ordered.I would never order cheese on my burger let alone two slices! So I kindly told her if it was a problem to correct it to refund me my money.She abruptly walked back inside and soon returned with my refund and retrieved my fries and sweet tea so I assumed it was a problem.After leaving I called and asked to speak with manager who got on the phone and apologized but did not offer any help.I was not seeking a free meal as a lot of people will demand I just wanted my burger right,so I told her I was posting this episode on Facebook which I did,and would inform BK headquarters. I also intend to notify all local newspapers in this area especially The Tuscaloosa News.I have already received several responses on Facebook and have asked my post be shared.Please don’t offer any free meals as I never intend to eat at BK again! I would like to know if this BK is reprimanded.

  29. Attending meeting in Uvalde Tx April 1, 2023 @ 12noon. We hoped to eat a Whopper meal. As we entered about 4-6 people at dining tables & 2 young boys waiting to place order. A male which we presumed was the cook was busy doing his job. We, too waited & boys left-All this time 3 employees stood talking about who was in the restroom yet none of them bothered to even acknowledge customers. I then called on them by asking them “how long it would take for them to take our order” just then one employee came to the counter- I then informed I was to notify Corporate office-with no harsh raised voice. Store #4283, located at 386 North Avenue NE, Atlanta,Ga 30313, is without a doubt the ABSOLUTE WORST Burger King I have ever ordered from and they will not get another chance to steal from my coworker and I. We each spent approximately $16.00 each on lunch that was incorrectly prepared and/or inedible. Miraculously, the phone number on the receipt is no longer in service and the corporate office no longer accepts email messages. Someone needs to contact my coworker and I and give us our money back so we can order from an actual decent restaurant who give a damn about their patrons. My coworkers chicken sandwich was prepared incorrectly and the chicken tasted old, like it had been refrigerated and reheated and my Bacon King lacked the bacon to make it a bacon king. Unfortunately the best part of our meals was the drink! SHAME ON WHOEVER WORKS HERE AND TREATS PEOPLE LIKE THIS. I will continue to reach out to corporate until I receive an equitable outcome!!!!!

  32. I’d highly recommend getting a new owner for your Burger King across from Kings Dominion amusement park in Virginia off of exit 98 Rt 95, for the following reasons. I literally just left that store being insulted, being told to go xxxx MYSELF after ordering a Whopper with cheese meal with a chocolate shake. Let me preface by saying literally everytime I try a meal there I’m told “ our machine is down”. This is literally been 1-2 YEARS. So I suggested they replace machine only to be told that “I should buy them a shake machine for them”. At this point I’m pissed and I hear what I believe to be it’s manager in background stating I’d should leave after requesting they should get new machine “they don’t need to put up with that !!!” Got to tell you I’ve been totally disinfranchised by your brand and expect that it will be a very, very, very long time before myself or family will patronize your framchise again. PS: I have season passes as I only live about 8 miles from park and USED to patronize on a regular basis.

  33. Just drove through your store at Bird Road and 115th avenue in Miami, Florida. I was ordering coffee. I asked for sweeten Lowes they gave me sugars, my husband asked for creamer. There was no creamer in his coffee. There was no napkins in the bag. We were heading north on a trip and was sorely disappointed with the start. Tried calling the store and they do not pick up the phone, seems like they don’t pay attention to detail will not return to that particular store again

  34. 2/14/2023 The cashier at the Stevenson Alabama branch showed dislike and rudeness to me & my husband. We are in our late 60’s. She interrupted us Every time we were asking a question, and noncommittal with her answers.
    She made it very obvious she wanted nothing to do with us.
    And showed us disrespect.
    The next customer was a young black woman, and I observed that she was extremely nice to her, with greeting, taking her order, and thanking her for the business. She did not thank us, or in any way show appreciation to us.
    Nor did she offer us any condiments, although she did the next customer. Nor did she offer any kind of a seniors discount.
    It was my conclusion that she is bigoted towards seniors and needs a refreshing course on how to treat everyone the same !
    She also treated two young white women with friendliness after.
    I did not get her name, but she was white, heavyset with dark brown hair.
    And upon leaving, she looked a square in the face, and then with an air of rudeness, turned her head away with a scowl –

    Her behavior was total negative toward us, for no reason! Except that we were seniors.
    **We were neatly dressed, normal looking and did not raise our voice nor complain. We are not used to being treated that way!
    Shame on her!

  35. I just left Burger King at 9:37AM I preferred a sausage egg n cheese combo with a coffee it was 7.74 the lady handed me my coffee first and the lid wasn’t on literally burned my hand which isn’t even my
    Issue accident happen she neither apologized or asked if I was ok this disturbed me deeply
    I’m a nurse so I know it was a second degree burn and how to treat it but at the very least I’d like my money back which probably won’t happen either but teach your employees to have some compassion that coffee burnt me

  38. I am going to leave you a very nasty complaint. Your store in Shippensburg Pa on Walnut Bottom Road 1804 is the store number is full of people who have no business working for you. They treat customers like garbage,they accuse people of yelling when they are the ones who are ignorant. I will never again visit one of your franchises again.   39. The lady working today at the Burger King location in Sparta WI is completely horrible. She has a horrible attitude towards people. We visit this location a couple times a week, and it’s getting worse- she needs to learn how to be nice and maybe smile once!!!! The lady working yesterday was a delight as always, however the other one should not ever work customer service! Makes this location have a BAD name! And I really think we will start taking business elsewhere. Dealt with her just too long and never complained…now it’s just getting super annoying!

  43. I visited your Burger King #13389. I went to order my food, however, the price on the menu board was one price, but the price rang up high. I bought it up to the cashier and she give me the manager, but the manager said you have to pay the price it rings up. It is illegal to advertise one price and charge another. 12024.6 No person, firm corporation,or association shall advertise, solicit, or represent by any means, a product for sale or purchase if it is in tended to entice a consumer into a transaction different from that originally represented, Manager could care less. This wrong, either train you people better in customer service, and correcting you pricing.

  44. Good Afternoon, I have a complaint about your Burger King in Nashville Airport. My husband and I each had a Whopper, Fries & Malt between our flights to MSP. Unfortunately, we got a huge surprise when we got home to Wisconsin. We both got food poisoning and were down for two weeks. I had it worse than my husband but we both were very ill. I had to have come from the airport Burger King because that is the only food we had. I have never experiences such sickness in my life. I don’t know if others have complained but it was really bad. Hello, My name is Kenyatta Ellis and I’ve made several visits to your location at 2960 Goodman rd W Horn Lake MS 38637 in order to give them a chance to redeem themselves but after today I have made my last visit. I arrived around 4pm and noticed there was a extremely long line that didn’t seem to be moving in the drive thru (Very Normal Situation) so I decided to go inside. When I walked into the location there was a large puddle of dirty water collected around the front register so I refrained from getting close. I was immediately told that the dining room was closed and only the drive thru was available to place orders. This location seems to make up their own rules and policies and the customer service here is completely unacceptable. The Managers and staff need to be retrained post haste. Please feel free to call me concerning this matter as well as several others as I have made multiple google reviews and taken pictures of advertisements that aren’t honored 678-830-xxxx.

  51. Visited Burger King on Cooper Foster in Lorain Ohio today and waited in the drive through for quite a long time. Evidently there was a customer infront that had a discrepancy with her charges. Instead of having her pull to the side they held up the line. By the time they waited on me my food was cold. The young lady handed me my food repeated my order to me and just the window. I had to talk through the window that I didn’t want cold food. She was rude and said I had to come inside which was not a problem. It was her attitude. I realize she had been upset from the previous customer but I told her she needed an attitude adjustment she told me very rudely sorry you don’t have a good life. She definitely needs customer service training.,I work in customer service and she definitely would have been disciplined for her rudeness.

I do not go there every day. However, I have been trying once a week for the last month (4 times!) and there are people in there, but don’t take your order. I have been going there around 6:30 a.m. – 6:40 a.m. and it’s always the same thing, which sucks. It is to my understanding that you guys ARE open at this time and should be serving breakfast. Normally I wouldn’t complain, but when I pass every other fast food restaurant in the process to get YOUR breakfast on my way to work and I have limited time, then get there and NO ONE even responds or take my order in the drive thru and I’m left hungry going into work, this is very frustrating and annoying to be honest.

  69. On 8/16, my wife and I went to your Cayuga, Indiana location and had lunch there. There was only one employee present when we arrived, and she took our order. She was short in stature, with brown-blonde hair and her nametag read “andy” She repeated our order, made eye contact, smiled, and was very kind, all of which I appreciated. After placing our order, we walked over to the pickup location with our receipt in hand, but there was no-one in the kitchen. After she took our order, this woman walked over to the kitchen area, touched her headset, and said, “I need someone to make a sandwich,” but no one appeared. She then apologized and said that someone should be up soon. Another woman from the back of the restaurant finally came and started making our food, this being after Andy took another order and tried getting help again from other coworkers. There were other people waiting to place their orders with this woman, so we sat and waited. After twenty minutes, we had still not received our food, but others who ordered after us had received theirs. When my wife approached the counter, Andy asked her if everything was alright or if she wanted to order anything else. When my wife replied that we still hadn’t received our food, this woman apologized and informed the other staff members that it had been 20 minutes and that we still hadn’t received our food. My wife and the woman who took our order were treated rudely and disrespectfully by the other workers, who claimed to have already prepared and distributed it. This was spoken by the elderly woman and the blonde woman. She once more apologized to my wife before informing her coworkers that we still hadn’t received our lunch. The blonde replied she would remake our food while rolling her eyes. When our food was done, the blonde said “here’s your food”, put the bag on the countertop and then turned her back on my wife. We experienced a lot of discomfort throughout our 20-minute wait. The kitchen area was filled with loud, obscene music, a tall, foul-mouthed lady, a short, brown-haired woman on the phone, and a blonde woman who picked up something, ate it, and then disappeared from the kitchen. Our dinner was prepared quite carelessly and haphazardly. We lacked napkins and got cold fries. I strongly advise sending someone from cooperate undercover as a customer or new employee to this restaurant to face this catastrophe since I am confident that if they acted in this way in front of any form of management, they would be fired right away. As this is a hindrance to both us as consumers and the one employee present who appeared to be doing her job while everyone else lagged, I will be posting this on social media and we will not be back.

  77. I went to the Burger King located at 119 Northside Dr, North Augusta, SC 29860 today, 22 July 2022. I ordered and paid for A Bacon King Meal Large and a Whopper with Cheese sandwich.

    What I received was a Bacon King with NO Bacon and a Whopper with Cheese, with NO Pickles. Thus, I was charged for a Bacon King $8.99 and received basically a Double Cheese burger meal. As noted, what I received doesn’t even qualify as a Double Cheeseburger as those come with pickles, for which this burger didn’t even have those. Now I live approximately 8 miles from the Burger King… thus to take it back would cost me about $3.00-$4.00 in gas. Let it also be known that the meat was hardly warm. Two burgers, a simple two burger order, one being a meal and yet they managed to short change bacon on a bacon king, and pickles on a Whopper with Cheese…. What is so hard about making a burger correct? (THIS ISN’T ROCKET SCIENCE)!

    Yet, the fact remains not only was I short changed on both burgers, I was still charged the full price!

  105. The store located at 825 Nova Road in Daytona Beach was very unsanitary and workers were totally out of it! Productivity, friendliness, cleanliness, and overall customer service is extremely poor at this location in Daytona Beach. Some of the problems that I recently encountered while trying to eat here were: The ice cream maker has not been available for over a week, maybe even a month I’m not sure how long this has been going on for. I know because on my lunch break I have tried numerous times to get a shake or ice cream cone and everyday they tell me it does not work. They have no plans of filling it. Basically they don’t think they have to fill it or fix it whatever the issue is with it. I think they are just too lazy and don’t want to clean it at the end of the day so they just keep it empty all day. Another major issue was the soda machine in the lobby area does not serve coca cola, diet coke, or cherry coke and this has been this way also for nearly a month. The only soda it was dispensing today was fanta or cherry ginger ale. Yuk! When I pay nearly $10 for a combo meal, I want a cold coca cola or cherry coke with my combo. Not sure what these people think. I sure know they could care less. I think this is so nasty that a simple CO2 change and syrup change is a problem for these employees because they are so lazy. I went back in the evening and the soda machine was still empty of any Coke products. 1:00 pm empty then 6 pm empty still. I noticed the ceiling in this restaurant is nasty and dusty and missing nearly all the tiles with open beams that are dangerous for people to eat near. Very dirty. I also dislike the 1 hour sign they put too. Like anybody is gonna spend more than an hour eating and even if they do, then so be it!!! There were No lids or straws and No ketchup dispenser either. I just figured you would like to know that the employees here do not take care of any of these issues all month long. Everyone has no coke products to drink all month, no milkshakes, no lids, and no ketchup. The machines are dirty looking too. Please take care of these issues because they are very depressing and troubling to the public. I find the ice cream maker thing to be very inappropriate as well as the soda machine issue. The workers, including the manager there, should all be fired, in my opinion! The prices nowadays that we all pay to eat at fast food restaurants makes this totally unfair that we are not getting the products we want to order. We have to worry about cobwebs and dust falling into our food because they will not fix the ceiling. We don’t get any shakes or ice cream. No lids for our cup! Wow! Barbaric! I says “there is no coke or diet coke” “She says oh you want coke?” Sarcastically. I basically am finished trying to eat at this Burger King. I have never seen anything as strange as this in my life! It was like walking into a rundown closed up Burger King with scummy types of depressing people operating it. Almost like these dirty people opened a closed up place and we’re trying to make that work! Wow!!! You really need to hire some clean and decent people to work here. I worked at Burger King in my 20’s back in 2000’s and I’m 43 years old now and I will tell you that I was always productive as a cashier and counter person. I kept the restaurant spotless and always knew how to change the syrup boxes, CO2, serve fresh good food, clean the shake machine at night, refill it if I was working in the day, etc.. Hard work and staying busy, focusing on food and helping people helps the day pass quickly. I liked working and my mindset was always on the whole restaurant and everything about it. These workers don’t have what it takes. They have nothing in them! They have a negative outlook on working. Anyway, all I can say is this restaurant needs serious attention if you want to remain open to the public. If something is not done about it, the health inspector will get involved eventually if the right person notices this major problem here. Went to talk to the manager about this issue and she said there was nothing she could do other than apologize. The last time I was there the manager stumbles out drunk and proceeded to tell me how wasted he was. I am in a situation where my time is not always at my leisure. Right now it is 2:30 in the afternoon and this Burger King closed its Lobby oh, yesterday the lobby was closed at 6.   114. Went to Burger King in Jonesboro GA 04/20/2022. It was a little after 9:30p.m when we pulled in the drive thru. Ordered our food. When we go to the window, the cashier recited our order and handed me our order. I checked the bag and quickly let the cashier know it was incorrect. I handed the bag of food back to the cashier. She returned with a small bag and not the rest of the order. I asked for the rest of our food. The cashier returned with the bag of food. When I checked the bag our order was still incorrect. When I notified the cashier, she snatched the bag from me, slammed the window close and began to argue with several employees. The manager came to the window with a attitude and stated that she place our order in the bad. I notified the manger it was incorrect and provided my receipt. The manager snatched my receipt then slammed the window. The manager then proceeded to argue with the employees and then came back with our order, so we thought. We pulled out of the drive as we had sat at the window waiting for our order for 10 mins and there was long line behind us. When I checked my Whopper w/ Cheese sandwich, it was not a whopper patty. It was 4 cheese burger patties, a handful of pickles on a whopper bun. Took a picture and threw the mess away. Returned the next day to discuss issue with manager that rude the day prior and did not apologize for our troubles and wrong food. The manager asked if I brought the food back and my receipt. I explained that the food was trashed and that you (manager) kept my receipt. She stated I know but you need your receipt and the food brought back. I showed her the pic of the incorrect sandwich. This manager stated she was aware that the sandwich had 4 patties and told me that I needed to bring the food back with my receipt. Did not apologize or show empathy. Is this the type of management Burger King employ’s?

    Me & another coworker decided to go to this burger at 1750 E. Nine Mile Road in Pensacola, Florida. They only had 4 workers during the breakfast meal. As we received our breakfast I notice that one employee handle all the customers food with her bate hands. She wasn’t wearing any gloves while fixing breakfast items. The manager saw this employee with any gloves on and she didn’t say anything to this employee at all. The only time the manager made her put on gloves is because we said something. The employee that wasn’t wearing the gloves got a attitude, because she had to wear gloves. And she had to remake our meals. This isn’t the first time that I brought this to the managers attention. The first time I saw this same particular employee without any gloves on I was stunned. And covid19 was in a high rage during that period of time.

     A page of Burger King coupons came in the mail with an expiration date marked 5/30/2022. I went to the Burger King on Lantana and Jog Rd. I went to the drive thru and told the employee that I had a coupon for the family bundle for $12.99. His answer to me was “no working” “no working” I asked him what he meant by “no working”  and of course it came back with the same answer. So I guess that store doesn’t honor coupons, or the employees are inexperienced and are not qualified to be placed on a drive thru.

    Maybe someone in charge can answer that question for me. Is it your normal practice to send out coupons and not to honor them? I will look forward to an answer. “NO WORKING” ?????

On 4-6-22 I went in the Burger King at 18156 S Torrence Ave in Lansing, IL 60438.I have never been in such a nasty place it smelled of burnt grease and the windows looked like they have never been washed you could see the grease on them and this small seat by the counter had soda sticky marks on it that needed to be cleaned badly. My husband drove around 10 miles to find a Burger King that has not been shut down ( yet ) . When I worked at Burger King you would put 2 slices of tomatoes , 4 pickles , enough lettuce that you could actually see it , onions , smooth amount of mayonnaise on the top bun and a small amount of ketchup on the patty . Today my Whopper ( no cheese ) had the patty , 3 pickles , 1 SMALL piece of tomatoe , and I do mean SMALL , lettuce , what lettuce , it had 3 little pieces about the size of a quarter , then to top off with a PILE of mayonnaise on one side of the top bun . I’m not sure if there was ketchup , I didn’t see any . All that for $6.00 . Are hamburger patties that expensive ? I have spoken to others who have had issues . What a shame . It’s sad to think of Burger King not being around much longer .

  148. On July 10, 2021, we were only trying to get 2 coffees, in Louisburg, KS but we had our camper & couldn’t go through the drive-thru safely. It was lunchtime, but all the doors were locked and the lights were off. The 72 year old man with me was told to order at the drive-thru. After interacting with a line of cars trying to pick up their lunch orders. He got scared and came back to our vehicle. I went into the adjoining gas station and knocked on the door. A young man unlocked the door and told me to go to the drive-up window. I explained about the camper and why his suggestion was dangerous. When he walked away, I thought he was going to get the coffee. Instead an adult woman came to unlock the door and she stated that she was not supposed to unlock the doors. I again repeated our situation & she walked away. I waited, thinking she would return with coffee, instead the boy came back and said the coffee machine was broken. I decided to just get coffee from the gas station. As I was leaving, I learned the same thing happened the day before, except it was the coke machine that was broken! I believe this shows a lack of honesty & integrity to treat customers this way and that it’s very dangerous to expect people to put themselves in competition with vehicles at a “DRIVE-UP WINDOW”. I also wonder what the ADA would have to say about this policy under Title III which sets standards for accessibility to provide Accommodations for people with disabilities!

I had placed an order for 2 breaded chicken sandwiches and had to eait 25 minutes and when i finally got them and got home we found they where half raw and frozen.     I’m taking my quality time to convey my message about the awful experience I had at the Burger King
    on 288 West Airline Highway in LaPlace, LA. 70068. Store # 8081.
    I visit this restaurant frequently! Additionally my clients & I dine in often, because of the space available
    to sit & discuss our business affairs. On Tuesday March 20th 2018, 5:36pm, I walked in to order a bag of ice.
    The ice at Burger King taste good, doesn’t freeze up and get stuck plus the quantity given is appropriate.
    My office personnel also purchase the ice for themselves, & we get it mainly for our meetings occasionally.

    I asked the male service person for a bag. He seemed unsure about the sale of ice, so he asked the Manager.
    Immediately she said NO! I then inquired about the availability of it and she stated Burger King does not
    sell ice. Note: I’ve asked for ice before but it does not seem to be a well-known item to sell, so at times I have to relay that “I’ve brought ice at this location.” The female manager belligerently said, No we don’t sell ice.
    I said Miss, y’all do sell ice because I’ve purchased it here, time & time again. Her attitude got more ferocious
    and loud aggressively saying we do not sell ice. Then I began to describe the bags height using the counter as a example. She uncompromisingly over talked me as she got louder stating her case! I backed down because
    I was embarrassed because of the people staring, inside the restaurant. Then my heart & spirit decided to tell her that I was sorry for upsetting her and asking the question concerning the ice. She then brutally said to me, “Well I Answered You-Didn’t I.” Mann-Oh-Mann was I humiliated, shamed, and mortified by this person
    belittling me like I was a dog or inhumane!!!! ☹ 1 of the Burger King female workers that was on a break got
    up and came to me stating “Sir, I’m sorry-That Was Uncalled For, from our manager.”
    I glanced @ the cantankerous manager’s nametag but she had it, TURNED AROUND. I then asked and got her name -→ Shantrell. I’m taking valued time to relay this because of my occurrence. Never in my 59 years have I ever, ever, experienced such disrespect. I’ve informed my clients, customers, etc. so that they may shield themselves from this volcano explosion possibility.

    I’m asking for this situation to be addressed. I regret NOT RECORDING the occurrence for multi-media proof.
    Then it could have been shared & the warning could go forth beforehand.

I have worked with burger king last year, the experience wasn’t so bad but I am totally totally perturbed by the issue that I am now experiencing with my W-2 Form. I have worked in Myrtle Beach at the 1215 Branch South Kings Highway, 29577 , the name of the General Manager at the time was Fran and Anthony, I have requested this W-2 Form from January and now is March, that money that i was suppose to get after filing my W-2 Form is to actually pay someone back in Jamaica by the end of the month. Now my life is at risk because of the District manager which is Jason, I gave him my information last year to upload to the system unfortunately this is not the case as confirmed by the general manager which is Fran.please to assist me as soon as possible i will provide the necessary information so i can get it by Friday. Thanks its long over due and the General manager has been given me a run around from last month. PLEASE HELP ME!!!

  161. I was at burgerking12525, off 88th avenue, we live less than 5 minutes down the road, but when we got home the burger and fries were cold. I phone at about 6;00 pm and complain over the phone, the lady I spoke with was ver pleasant and she told me to bring in my debit receipt and she would give me a gift card or a coupon for a free mea. but when I went in this morning a lady named Simi was quite rude and impatient with me.

  163. I know there is no smoking in the buildings but does the employees have to smoke in front of the building? I stopped in before work on 01-18-2018 store# 16257 at 3715 victory dr. Columbus ga. Before entering the store at 10:41 pm, I noticed three black males (all employees) standing at the entrance smoking cigarettes. I am not a smoker and I feel I shouldn’t have to walk through a cloud of smoke to enter a building. As I got to the counter, assistant manager “Jessica” approached me and just looked at me without welcoming me here or asking my I help you. I thought that was rude coming from management. I went to the drink area to fill my cup after placing my order and noticed the drink station was not in acceptable condition also the floor was extremely dirty and sticky. I found this odd. I frequent this store at least four times a month and it is always in a somewhat fair condition. At this time, I am uncertain if I will continue to spend my money at this location but if I do, I will be sure to take pics and post on social media.

  164. I have a very unusual request – and I have looked and looked for the proper place to ask, but I’m still unsure..
    I have just purchased a hot air fryer at the age of 79, and am looking for a place to buy onion rings that are made from chopped or diced onions., I am tired of taking one bite and pulling the whole slice out. Every time I go to Burger King, I always get an order of your onion rings. (love them)..
    –My question is – I would like to order a package of them from one of your establishments now and throughout the year..
    Is this a possibility?? If so, what would I need to do to get a bag from our local Burger King,(in Sequim, Washington 98382) I’m sure I would be laughed at if I just walked in and asked. Thank your for any help.

It’s sad but it’s true 3 different times I visited this store an the GM was very unprofessional an rude all because I wanted my food freshly cooked she even went as far as to curse at me in front of other guests told me to get out her store I’m new here n NC crew were very nice though she really set a bad example to be in mgnt I could of been a secret shopper,corporate she would have really failed her store visit people like her are the reason why businesses lose customers something needs to be done bout her

  166. I am not sure if this site is for complaining only. I would like to commend the BK restaurant at 586 Spears Creek Church Rd, Elgin, SC 29045. I have one BK near my home and one by my sons middle school. We drive 15 more minutes to 586 Spears Creek Church Rd, Elgin, SC 29045, because their customer service is outstanding. The employees at the drive through are 99% courteous, friendly, and very patient. Their drive through lines 99% move fast. Other BK’s should follow, and stop charging for a cup of water. I think this is outrages. I think this BK should be commended. My family, family members, friends and I eat at BK more than three times a week. I have two young boys, they always tell me that the nuggets, chicken fingers and fries are always delicious, and fresh. If this is the wrong office can you please forward this to the correct office, so BK at 586 Spears Creek Church Rd, Elgin, SC 29045 know they are appreciated for their outstanding food and customer service.

I have decided to eat a fish sandwich meal today for lunch and to support burger king so McDonalds will not run Burger King out of business…however, BurgerKing on South West Street in Wichita Kansas is going to run themselves out of business with the preparation of their food. I have never placed a complaint before but someone needs to train the cooks there. … Apparently with the grease soaked fries and the fish sandwich that tasted like nothing except old oil, was put into the fryer before the temp was up to where it needed to be in order to absorb that much oil… Seriously over $7 for something that was inedible and I had to throw in the trash …. today 12-4-2017 at 11:30 AM… besides waiting for quite some time for the food, would not have been so bad if I was able to eat it…. When I got back to work, late, I looked for the receipt and no receipt …probally because they dont want a complaint made about them? no wonder there was nobody in line except for me.
    Hard lesson learned and unfortunately if this continues, this store will be out of business…

  169. I went to burger king #1004. Had to go to the ladies room well the ladies room door was swollen and couldn’t close the door it was a one person bathroom I had to ask someone to stand outside so no one would walk in. I said something to the manager and her and another employee just looked like I had 3 eyes. One customer told me it’s been like that for weeks. That is discussing that you sit on the bowl and see people walk by. I was there at one o,clock in the afternoon and the food was cold and they took the gambit out of drawer. Not even fresh. Just wanted to let someone know because the manager said nothing to me but said something to the employee instead of to me with dirty looks. I never complained but not having a bathroom you could feel safe when you have to go. I will never go back to that burger king. Thank you

  170. I pulled up to drive thru and asked for chicken nuggets. Employee told me to come inside. I said excuse me and she said come inside. If I wanted to come inside I would have. I go in and order nuggets. After I get the nuggets I ask for ranch sauce. We are out of ranch. I took the nuggets home but did not want them without sauce. I understand small mistakes do happen but this is a management problem. On other occasions I enjoy a shake from same location. In more cases than not the machine is being cleaned. If upper management would look at past records it would be easy to turn this location around. The location is 70043.

I went tonight to the burger king in simpsonville, sc and I order my food, i’m standing at the front counter watching the ones in the back prepare the food, and i see a guy that is back there with no gloves on,wiping his hands on his dirty looking uniform and handling everyone’s food. Not to mention that he had long bushy hair that was not put up on his head, no hair net, not even a cap to wear, and he is shaking/ slinging his hair around all while preparing the food for customers. It’s nasty and so disgusting. Also he was talking about things with his fellow coworkers that everyone could hear that would make you not want to eat period, as if you could get past the first disgusting part to start with. Not eating there anymore. Asked the manager for corporate number and she got to having an attitude. She definitely is not running that location like she should. I will take my hard earned money elsewhere.

  172. On 11/1/17 I went to burgerking on Southboardway and Nepperhan Ave in Yonkers. It was a mess as uasual, the food doesn’t taste right, a lot of times the soda machaine not working, i had to ask for ice to get something to drink from popeyes… they didnt have drinks or ice either,tables always dirty. the cashier uniforms are dirty, THEIR attitude is not customer service … and there’s always people walking around asking for money or food. There’s should be a surecuity guard at that location. I’ve have seen not so nice stuff go on there. Bad enough the parking sucks. The children are happy but the parents NOT! someone needs to come out and inspect this location, I don’t understand how it pass inspection. This is the only burgerking at this location please come fix it. THANK YOU

    Has not been only one time at thus place .gave another chance a few weeks ago ..went drive thru we ordered two whoppers and med fry well the idiot forgot the Fry’s I had drive back ..itbwas dark I was hungry grab one from the bag without looking and .bite down and feel my front tooth break ..get home dumb the frys on a plate ..they. Were hard has hell .wouldn’t want give them to a dog ..the person who served these needs to eat these himself is what I think he needs be fire for even serving them to. A paying customer I got no apology from the corporate owner office …total waste of time. something needs to be done so this didn’t happen to anyone else..

    1. I just left the Burger King just outside my subdivision and I will never go back. Pulled up to speaker to order started reciting my order employee said nobody ask you to order just a minute please. I said ok then minutes later they came back said are you ready to order now? I said I have been ready. Placed my order got to window to pay they handed me order I got money out started to check order they asked for it back. Then employee reordered it. Obviously order was incorrect) she placed order but I didn’t hear her say plain. I said better be just meat and bread. Employee cominced to tell me I was rude and didn’t talk to her like that. I asked for manager she said she was manager I said what I thought about that and asked for her boss. She told me I had attitude and gave money back.
      First off they started the attitude at speaker. I work as customer service manager and I would never speak to my customers in that manner unles they were cursing at me. I intend on investigating and finding who owns franchise and carry my complaint as far as I can.

Made a point of calling Customer Service, only to have a conversation – no make that, TRIED to have a conversation with female in Miami who was CLUELESS. Ask for supervisor and was finally told ‘ they are all busy. Asked for a call back . Would like someone to respond. Thank you.

  175. I have a complaint about Burger King, again, which most likely go ignored, AGAIN. We live in a small town, with only one BK. My husband and I both must watch what we eat, but we love the grilled chicken. The last two times I have purchased the meals, including tonight, WERE HORRIABLE. Both times, I ordered grilled, got crispy. Ordered mustard on one, other as norm. Onion rings, not ff for both. On both occassions theborders were wrong. Our sandwiches (CRISPY NOT GRILLED BTW) were absent ofcany flavor, VERY LITTLE mustard ob kne, nothing on second, and smattering of kettuce The chicken was all but cold. I got french fries even though clearly on ticket my order looks right. Asked for ketchup, twice, was told in the bag, NOT. The first incident I called corporate to complain. Was to send ne coupons and have the local mgr call me. Neither happened. I was leary of giving another chance. BUT AGAIN was disappointed.

    1. Same here. My local Burger king sucks too.. Broke my tooth on fries ..got oh was u tooth already comprised oh usually its a foreign object complaint try twist it around like was my fault. I have been served burnt food before too in the chicken sandwiches. I got no apology letter or coupons either. Burger king has really gone done !!!McDonalds could really teach them some lessons ..

  176. I have a simple request. In order to compete with McDonalds Grand Mac I think Burger king should bring back the Whaler. Its the big fish sandwich Burger King made back in the 70s. It was as large as the Whopper. It was a lot better than the fish you have now. I loved it with cheese.

    Yesterday,  (Sunday, June 25, 2017) my daughter (Stephanie Hebert) and granddaughter (Samantha) went to one of your restaurants for supper and play time.  (Hwy#24 Cambridge)  
    After purchasing their food, they went to the playroom. 
    When finished and leaving, my granddaughter accidently opened the metal playroom door over her foot. It dragged across her large toe  and ripped the nail from her toe.  
    Immediately my granddaughter was screaming and crying.   At no time was there any confusion about her being injured…she WAS! 
    My daughter ran to the counter to ask for bandages as my granddaughters toe was obviously hurt and bleeding. 
    My daughter also was  evidently upset. The person at the counter asked her to wait and told her they would be with her in a minute to which my daughter replied with NO, I need bandages NOW.   The counter person said they would first need to get their manager as the first aid kit is locked up!!?!?  
    I’m sure Health and Safety would have some concerns over that! 
    My daughter then told the person on grill to go get bandages now!!! 
    An employee returned to the counter with 1 (ONE) bandage and handed it to my daughter, without saying a word, turned around and walked away.‎
    AT NO TIME DID ANY ONE EMPLOYEE ASK IF THEY COULD HELP, OR IF MY GRANDDAUGHTER WAS OK!
    This is disgusting!  
    A patron that was eating in the restaurant assisted my daughter by holding the door and helping her take my granddaughter to the car…
    I am besides myself with the lack of concern and care of your restaurant and employees.

    Secondly…‎
    Why would this interior metal door that does not sit flush with the floor not have a rubber/vinyl door sweep under it?

    My granddaughter is missing her kindergarten graduation celebration this morning as she can’t walk on her foot and is in extreme pain.‎

    She will also have to miss her dance recital at The Dunfield Theatre on Friday this week. ‎ (costume $75.00 /tickets $85.00) ‎
    She will obviously not be dancing for a while (Meyerhofer Dance Academy) and that’s another financial loss as you pay in advance.

    Irregardless of the financial loss my daughter has incurred because of this, my granddaughter was injured on your property and NOT ONE employee was concerned!

    This is absolutely unacceptable and neglignent.

  178. The location in Hickory NC on Springs Road , I had the worst experience ever in the food industry! The “manager” not sure of first name, pretty sure last name is Wilfong has the most nasty attitude. She was so rude and disrespectful when asked for an extra napkin to wipe off a drink she handed to me and an additional sauce. So I told her that she didn’t have to be rude & where is her customer service? After going back and forth with her, I told her how rude to argue with me over nothing at all, why is she so unhappy at work? She is alive, damn. stop being so bitchy.. She then told me ” your mother”. I recently lost my mom. She didn’t know this. But as a “manager” why be so rude initially and then be childish and mention my mother who happens to be deceased. I went inside & told her about herself. I cannot believe this happened! I cannot believe she would have a position in management at all!
    I will never spend my money there! I will spread this until she is GONE! Social media, news!

  179. Thursday evening i visited the Fortuna Road store in Yuma Arizona that evening i suffered an extreme case of food poisoning lasting all weekend. A group of about 20 students from buckeye jr high basketball team were in line behind me, hoping none of them got sick. You must check your products or the oil, i always loved Burger King but it will probably not see me again as the experience was not pleasant. I dont like being sick or hospitals, horrible experience.

  180. I usually like BK whoppers, I went and got one today on my lunch at work and actually couldn’t even eat it when I got back. It was so disgustingly wet with virtually no lettuce the amount of Ketchup and mayo and water that ran out of this thing made the bun completely inedible, it was literally disgusting. I threw it out, that burger cost me 9 dollars without the meal.. It wasn’t feed to feed a dog, I totally wasted 9 dollars, I could have went virtually anywhere else and been satisfied. Has BK gone that far downhill, Come on. I really hate the thought of not having a decent burger from BK again but my common sense must prevail here, was it all an illusion?   181. I would like to be contacted for a major issue that has been going on recently with my employer, (Burger King, store #18614). I feel that I am being neglected as an employee, I have not had any disciplineary infractions and I do everything that I am told. They are taking away my hours and ignoring me when I ask what days I am scheduled to work. I feel as if management is trying to get rid of me without actually terminating me, for fear of legal repercussions. Please take this into consideration I would greatly appreciate your help, thank you.
