					<description><![CDATA[Dear American Airlines Customer Service,  
My wife and I had a highly unsatisfactory travel experience with your airline during our recent trip, which involved a connecting flight AA127 on April 2, flight AA9600 on April 4 through Dallas. Originally, our layover in Dallas to Shanghai should have taken only 1.5 hours. However, due to issues caused by American Airlines, we were stranded at Dallas Airport for a full 48 hours! 
During this ordeal:  
- We were repeatedly asked to board and then deplane, causing immense frustration.  
- We spent two nights in assigned hotels and two days scrambling for meals at the airport, which was particularly exhausting for elderly passengers like us.  
- We could not access our luggage, including daily essential medications, severely impacting our health and well-being.  
- The meal vouchers provided could not work for the meal costs, and the hotel accommodation vouchers were unusable, forcing us to pay out of pocket.  
Given these unacceptable circumstances, we demand the following:  
1. Reimbursement of $205.75 for our additional meal ($12+$12 ) and hotel expenses ($74.75), and the fine fee $107 of flight change due to delaying .  
2. Compensation per airline policy, as this 48-hour delay was entirely AA’s responsibility.  
3. Immediate service and management improvements—your handling of this situation was completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

Our Credit and debit cards were either stolen or copied by a &quot;trusted&quot; friend who had access to my home.
They used their own phone number which I am assuming they were able to change on Amazon site.
We need to know WHAT they purchased and WHERE it was shipped in order to press charges here in Mexico.   
They also stole cash from ATM&#039;s and other erroneous charges all adding up to 50K USD.    These are NOT concerning Amazon.
This is serious.   Right?   Or, perhaps not really serious as far as Amazon is concerned.
What functioning number do we call to get this information?

					<description><![CDATA[Wanting to speak to someone about gifts cards bought at an be of your stores. Totaling $4,200. My mother was scammed into purchasing them by someone who told her a story and he was an fbi agent. There are 2 cards that still have a balance of $500 each. I would like to see if she can be reimbursed for those. The store she bought them at in Mackinaw Illinois has a no return sign in the gift cards. I’m want to know if there’s anything you can help me with in getting her money returned.
