  1. Specifically put crush orange 6 pack bottles if the grape was out of stock. Got 2 liter of grape. Why do they ask for replacement if they aren’t gonna read them.

  2. This company discriminates aganst single mothers. They give someone that doesnt have a child more hours because they have open availability. Daycare is only open between certain hours. They openly state this fact. The worse company ever to work.Senority goes out the window. Employees that call out all the time get more hours than the single mom just because they do not have a kid. My daughter is going through this . Kroger on Airline Drive in Bossier City La. A lot of people I know refuse to shop there.

  3. Called customer service to inquire about why Kroger won’t let MasterCard transactions from my bank cards run as credit and got a really terrible lady who answered with yeah and was rude and nasty so since Kroger changed this and their customer service sucks I will take my business to Whole Foods. I raised 2 kids on Kroger groceries and now they change it so bye bye Kroger I will not shop there anymore.

  4. I have used the Kroger in Pasadena on Spencer near Burke for many years. I have also used their pharmacy. One week ago I took a prescription for refill and the doctor had to be called. I went there 3 days ago and they said the doctors office had not called back. I called my doctor from that store and was told it had not been faxed to them. Today, I went back and was told the same thing. This also happened a couple of weeks ago . I know my doctor and his office always calls back the same day. I do not know what the problem is but I will notify my insurance company of the problems I have had. Also, their courtesy booth is closed until further notice. The store does not look neat as it used to but has baskets of stuff piled everywhere. I have always shopped at Kroger and nowhere else but I am not happy with them now.

  5. Just had a bad experience in one of the Kroger stores here in Virginia Beach, the one in the 3000 block of Virginia Beach Blvd. It’s about a mix up with their Kroger Pharmacy. I am a senior citizen, I’ve been getting my 3 prescription at a local Navy Base in Little Creek, Va Pharmacy, I pay no copay but the base is too far from my house so I tried to fill these prescriptions at the Kroger Pharmacy I mentioned not knowing if I had to pay a copayment. I was told that my meds are out of stock and they’ll let me know when they come in, They called me a day later and said the meds are there to pick up. When I got there at the pharmacy, they told me that there is a co payment, well over my budget,so I cancelled and I went back to my usual pharmacy on base at no cost..I called in another prescription (xanax) to Kroger and they said it would be ready to be picked up, the next day I went to Kroger and payed my co payment ($2.07) and the pharmacist said she had a partial of one of the meds(coreg) that I cancelled (Coreg, Lisinopril, Lipitor) , she said it’s free because there’s only 5 pills in the container, I hesitated to take it but she said it was free and I should take it. Today, I get a call from this Kroger Pharmacy saying I owe $55 for the five(5) pills I had taken yesterday. They said that since the Navy pharmacy filled these three meds, they would charge me this amount, which comes to $11 per pill !!! I said I can bring it back but I couldn’t since I already have it. This is outrageous!!! I’m partly to blame but so is this pharmacy, I am going to take my two prescription that I had ongoing with Kroger and have it filled from now on to the Navy Base I described. I would surmise that many seniors have had this problem before and it shouldn’t, I did pay that $55 today but I’m now hesitant to go back to this Kroger for grocery shopping. Thank You

  6. If I EVER catch a family member shopping at a Kroger store I will disown them. No person should shop there until they have had the displeasure of having to deliver to one of their warehouses. Its a joke, the endless waiting to unload up to 12 hours just for 2 or 3 pallets. The receiver assigns doors that have trucks already in them. Docks that never work right, time wasted waiting for paperwork to be filled out ( i.e.average is 4 hours). And drivers are supposed to sit there in their trucks with no bathrooms in the staging area, and no food. Disaster will be coming; just today I had to calm down a driver who had been here waiting 5 hours for a 10 minute paper and MAKE him put his gun back in the truck. Someone in corporate had better wake up as I as a concerned driver may not be here next time

  7. My comment concern store 424 regarding an employee named Mike McClung. I can’t say enough about this young man. The first time I saw him, he was helping a customer in the parking lot whose car had broken down. He is so personable that my eight year old granddaughter and my four year old great-granddaughter know him by name. They refuse to go through any other line.

Mike is humble and totally unassuming. He graduated
College with two majors (Economics and Political Science) with a minor in Math.
Clearly he is overqualified for the current position he holds.

I am just a loyal customer who wanted to call this employee to your attention for the attributes he possesses.

  8. Just for your information, you don’t have to have a Kroger Loyalty Account to take part in the Kroger Feedback Survey. You just need a receipt with the receipt code and the time and date of your store visit.
Also, there is no limit to the number of times you can enter online, but you can only use the receipt code once (so if you have many receipt, you can enter several times).
