  1. I love the mobile app ordering. My only concern is the lack of a receipt that allows me to do a survey. The two double cheeseburgers I had at lunch today were very dry. And not very tasty. Please add the ability to do a survey to the mobile app.

  2. I was offended by the kiosk. So I made it clear to the CASHIER? She was very rude while the useless manager hid around the corner hearing the whole conversation. I received my meal with one of my sandwiches marked with tape. Of course being in the food and beverage industry for 30 years I did not eat that item.     12th and Valencia, uninformed delivery of my order in drive thru lane, has people wait, as I observed, waiting so long they got down off of their vehicle However, I do not appreciate being yelled at by that particular employee of McDonald’s when I have to get off my car and ask for my meal. Why did all of the customers in front of me and behind me, misunderstand the restaurant employee? Furthermore for that employee to tell me I was wrong by being in that lane And moving forward after the front vehicle left requiring all cars to move forward, is the Worst kind of interaction to have. I haven’t been to your place in 8 months, I seem to recall why!

  5. I go to the McDonalds on South Wayne St. in Milledgeville Ga for my 85 year old Mother Every Sunday. I order her 7 sausage an egg biscuits. She warms them an eats one every morning. Most of the time I get us something too. It’s usually around 30$. Every week their is something missing. This morning she only got 6 biscuits. I ordered my husband a Mc Griddle meal an one extra Mc. Griddle No has brown was in the sack. They never answer the phone an it takes to much gas to go back.The other Mc Donald’s is across town an too far to go. If this were the first or even here an their you might could understand . But all the time an I ask is everything is here . Yes they say, an at least every other week it’s short something.

    Dear Madam/Sir

    I would like to begin this letter by making it clear that this is the first time I have written to a company with a complaint. On 10/01/2022 at 1:44 PM, I visited this location with my brother. I was wearing leopard gray sweats and my brother a black hat. My order locator was #12 and my order was 74. My brother ordered a bacon QPC MI Lrg and an Lrg coke.
    I waited a long time at the cashier because I wanted to pay for my order. Everybody working from the back did not want to make eye contact or acknowledge me. A few staff members were passing by without acknowledging me, so I decided to call someone that was working in the drive-through. I expressed my concerns about nobody caring to acknowledge me. The Hispanic girl named “Mary ” working at the drive-through around the time that I was at the location, answered: ” If you are not satisfied with the service in this location, you can go to someone else”. I said to Mary: “you can’t mistreat customers the way you do and in my opinion, you need to do some customer service training”. I asked to see the manager on duty. There was no manager on duty that day. She went to the back and started laughing with the rest of the staff about what happened. I know her name is not Mary, but why does the employee not have a name tag? I know when people do not carry name tags, they can get away with being rude to customers because they know they won’t get in trouble. I believe that name badges help your customers to find and identify your staff. Since the manager was not available, another girl, a little heavy set with a black hoodie came and told me that she was the co-manager at the location. This co-manager was laughing in the back with the rest of the staff members. My answer was ” Sorry, but I do not want to speak to you, I would like to speak to the store manager”. She rolled her eyes twice to me. Do you think I really want to talk to a co-manager who rolls her eyes at a customer? Moreover, one of the staff put my food order on the counter and did not advise me that my order was ready, so I kept waiting for my order.
    I was wondering if this location has any expectations or policies that will put a worker on notice for such behaviour. Behaviours like this can impact your business because this is serious misconduct in the workplace. In addition, name tags with the employee’s name imprinted on them allow customers to identify the staff who have given exceptional services to the customer. Name tags increase employee accountability and professionalism. It is frustrating to hear a customer complain about a bad service or rude treatment and the employer is not able to identify who is responsible. My next question is if this location has an employee handbook that may set out policies for standards of behaviours and conduct expected from an employee. I believe this location has a lack of training and this can be managed by implementing consistent and ongoing customer service training. In my opinion, this was a serious offence because my husband and I have been business owners for 50 years, and I do not allow my employees to disrespect my customers in any way. I hope this complaint gets resolved to avoid any further customer mistreatment and verbal abuse. I felt so invalidated and disrespected by this employee.

  8. I live in Milford va. The mcdonalds near me is bowling green va. I literally went through the drive thru. 20min ago and purchased two dinner options a big Mac value meal and a 4c value meal. Both were overly tainted with cleaning agents… my wife and I had to go to an urgent care for poisoning. This is the 3rd time in a month for the same occurrence. I’m not a complaining or absurd whiny customer. But this is over $1000 dollars in food poisoning with actual video proof. On 3 occasions. I want no money or lawsuit things because we are all trying our best but thus is crazy!!! How many other people besides my wife and I are they poisoning??? Somebody is going to sue youl … not myself but be forewarned… the people that work there are great. But what they are passing out is poisoning. Already had it lab tested and urgent care diagnosed. Cleaning agents from thekitchen cross contaminated.over 400%

  10. You recently changed the way your iced coffee is brewed. It tastes like it has cleaning chemicals in it and the taste remains in your mouth for hours. Big mistake!

  11. I am a good customer of the McDonalds located on S. 212th St in Kent, Washington, where I have lived for nearly 50 years. Recently I was victimized by thar stores maintenance worker who stole my bag and damaged, destroyed AND stole it’s out of my backpack bag before finally returning what was left of my property and bag over 2 hrs of distress later. I attempted to address this very serious matter with the manager lady and was basically denied any form of relief or replacement for my losses and distress. Manager’s name is Abbey, but she wore no name tag.

  13. On 7/4/22 at 9:35am my wife and I went to the McDonalds on 23rd ave in Greeley, Co . We ordered two breakfast combos and waited for it seemed like 7-10 minutes before being served. We witnessed at least three orders that were given out before ours even though our number showed in progress. It was then we saw a customer come in the store and make their order and was promptly served before us. It was then I realized it was a race isssue. The clerk seemed unwilling to help us, they seemed even a bit rude in their attitude. Racism comes in all colors, I am not happy that McDonalds has these kind of employees and will not patronize anymore.

I have lived in Lafayette Indiana since June of 1995 and everytime I have given this location another chance they fail to get the order correct or they are out of a menu item I wanted! I’m through with ever going here again may as well turn the lights off lock the doors and find a job that you people can handle because you sure are not making anyone happy the tried to have a pleasant dining experience at this location here in Lafayette Indiana!

  20. I am very upset about the QPC sandwich that I just purchased. I requested the cashier to make my sandwich fresh and hot. She responded that they are all made fresh. What I received was a very dry and cold piece of beef. After eating most of it I came across an area of the meat that was extremely salty! I felt betrayed. I approached the cashier and stated that I wanted to give her some feedback in regards to my request/sandwich. I related my complaint to her. She did not say a word. I would expect her to say something like “I sorry.” Or, “I can make you another.” Instead I got nothing.
    My receipt does not list any information about the location of this MacDonald’s. Here are the facts: Pick Up 174 (I ate inside your store), register: blank, 06/22/2022 02:23 PM, bar code: “no address,” On another receipt it has MFY SIDE1, GRILL SLIP Time:14:23, KS #1, FC # 74, etc.
    I had just left dialysis treatment and was very weak. Your employees did not know how I felt. But, if they treated me as they would want to be treated, I sure I would have been pleased/satisfied with my sandwich and service. I did not expect the sandwich to be so distasteful, especially paying over $5.00!

  23. The McDonalds on Broad st Meriden ct in town line plaza is the worse Mc Donald’s you can go to. No one understands English you ask for a coffee with 4 creamers and it takes 15 mins for them to figure out what you want they still get it wrong and have to toss the one they made and start over I had to pull over and wait while they brewed another pot of coffee to make me an ice coffee the way I asked for it. 3 people asked me how I wanted it and still had it wrong. During the peek of Covid they did not wear there masks nor gloves. The girl behind the counter had on tiny short shorts with long fake fingernails no gloves no mask and she was the only one taking orders because she spoke broken English

  24. Store #12359, Long Pond Road, Rochester, NY, has a giant hole in its entrance way that has been there for over a year. I have seen cars drop to the axle when the fall into it. The owner has put cones over the top of it. There is barely enough room to get through as it is, without his silly cones and contraptions over the top of it. Many of us have to enter from the exit lane. It’s that bad. This has been pointed out to the employees on numerous occasions, I am not the only one. Once you pass the entrance way, the rest of the lot is as disaster, especially the uneven pavement at the payment window. If you are stopped, you have to actually accelerate to get over the hump. Not so good when the car in front of you is close. As a former restaurant owner, I find this disgusting. If you cannot afford to fix your lot, get out of the business.

  25. Today, 5-28-2022, at about 8:30 AM, the unit in St. Peter, MN has a bird in the Playroom. A friend and I went into the play area (to find a seat) and heard the bird chirp. The manager brought our food to us. We mentioned the bird sound, then the bird chirped again and he heard it, but did nothing about. He did not suggest that we move or that he would “close-off the room. I wonder if children are climbing on the equipment after the bird has pooped on the it.

We have been in the drive through line over 10 minutes with NO answering Get up to the window to pay and they have NO change so they wanted to keep my 2.00 fir a 1.08 cost. I said give me my dollar and you eat the .08 cents. They refused. They are willing to keep my .92 cents but we’re not willing to lose .08 cents to keep a customer. They kept my drink if I didn’t pay the .08 cents. Can you believe this. This place is the worst. It really gives McDonakds a very bad reputation. Because I will tell everyone I know to stay away from that place.

    The McDonald’s on 47th East on the corner on Cottage Grove. There’s no restriction there.
    * People that’s not eating is hanging out inside.
    * Tables are always filthy everytim I come.
    * The outsid is always filthy so bad it was a dead bird on McDonald’s side walk as I walked in the door.
    *The manager has the food right and running the kitchen top shift but th rest outside the kitchen is terrible. Can you let her know so she can hav the outside of the kitchen clean and she needs a security guard in there to keep all these people out that’s not eating. Thank you. I know that manager is doing her best but she needs your help.

I went to the McDonalds at 3005 Fern Valley RD this morning 5/13/2022 I got to the location at 9:10am only drive thru was open so I got inline there was maybe 2 or 3 cars in front of me seem like it took them a while to get the orders taken. When I finally got to the speaker I was left there for 7 mins while the worker was having personal conversation with the other workers over the intercom she did not know it. I heard her talk about how Donna or Diana was calling there the wrong name all day so she was just gonna change her name to it. Then she was talking to another customer then telling someone they had to go lobby was closed, then back to talking to someone else inside about how the one girl cant get her name write today. I said hello 2 times finally the second time she heard me and said just one moment but she had to help the armor car guy first. So why is the only one working having to take car of the armor car guy and do drive thru when only drive thru is open. Needless to say I had to leave without getting to order cause after about 15 mins and now being almost late to work cause they decided to have only one person do all jobs which left the customer being left without. This is uncalled for and I will not be back to this location. Poor customer service.

  40. I went to McDonald’s this am on 5/01/2022 at 854 am. I spent 14.16. l was very dissatisfied with the treatment l received. I went through the drive thru and when the cashier handed my drinks, the coffee spilt on my left leg. I have had 3 blood clots and surgery in that leg. I almost died when l had the surgery about a year ago because of the clot going to my heart. After l got burnt, l told the cashier and she didn’t apologize. I was furious from her lack of empathy. So l had to get home to take my daughter to work. I called the manager and she said l should have come inside. Possibly so, but that’s the reason l came through the drive thru. So l could be served quicker. So the manager didn’t believe me what l said. She only said to come back and possibly get a free meal. What kind of world have we gotten into? People are so irresponsible and not emphatic!! I wonder how they feel if it happened to them! So now, lm sending this message to the corporate office and hope they show responsibility and make their employees held accountable for their actions when they work with customers in any situation.

    Tonight at 10:22pm, 4/25/22, I went thru the drive- thru and ordered an apple pie. The employee couldnt hear me so i asked again, this time she SCREAMED at me, “How’s many you want?”
    I said, “You need to lose your attitude.”
    She rudely replied, “No thank you!”
    When I asked for the manager she replied, “I am the manager!”
    When I got to the window to pay I asked another employee what her name was, the manager.
    Her name is Sonia.
    I hope that someone in your Customer Service Dept. or your Human Resources Dept. reprimand her for speaking to me in such an incredibly rude manner and incorrect grammar.
    I eat at this McDonald’s frequently. I can assure you I will no longer waste my money on a place that allows “management”to treat their customers so
    rudely.
    Sonia should be repremanded severly and demoted to counting fries, away from the public. She needs to be sent back to training on how to treat customers with respect and drop her ugly “ghetto” attitude.

  43. A complaint: store location in mid-town @ 1994 Howell Mill Rd., The employees customer service is very poor. The employees are believed to be involved in a conspiracy against some citizens while preparing cook food for the public, easy access to douse poison. I were refused service when approach drive up window, the dinning room were locked when it reads on their front door the operation hours, door should have been open/unlock for customers use. When attempted to place order at drive up window, I were refused because I wasn’t in a car, and dinning room front door locked. The employees voice tone were for the streets, bad communication skills. I contacted police department because I am aware of the employees at that McDonald’s involved in a conspiracy against citizens while on their jobs. I refused to be treated as a 2nd class citizen and most of all conspiracy is a crime that should be taken seriously inside businesses where the nation citizens spend it monies and prepare food for the public.

  48. I thought that only McDonalds in Holland was bad but when I read all the complaints here I have to come to the conclusion that it’s a WORLDWIDE problem! What on earth is going on at McDonalds? Customer service has to be first priority, the quality of the food the second priority and hygiene the third one but all of these are nowhere to be found! The staff is rude to customers, the food is cold or the wrong items are served (or both!), the places are a mess and so on! It’s a disgrace how these so called ‘restaurants’ act! Time to shut this business down!

  50. TY McDonalds…Yesterday I went through the drive thru as I do in good weather to purchase a smoothie or frappe as I do 4 or 5 days a week on my way to work. I, on a limited budget consider this something nice I do for myself. PRICE went up…No, I won’t cut back to maybe 2 or 3x a week. Used to take 5/7 minutes to go thru the FAST FOOD drive-thro now takes 15 minutes. And no, this older adult is not smart phone savvy….I will now make my own smoothies from HOME
    before work.

  51. On 4/2/2022, 11:24 am, I and my son purchased $14.35 worth of McDonald’s. I am not able to climb or go up stairs without difficulty. On our way out, we both took the elevator to exit, the elevator door was blocked and we could not exit. I set off the red button alarm and partially opened the door, yelled for quite a while before a male came and removed the wooden pallets blocking the elevator door. That was a really bad experience.

I have not visited your stores for over a year because the product, customer service, and the over all feel of McDonalds has deteriorated so bad over the years I would rather go to Culver’s because everything McDonald’s was is at Culver’s. Culver’s employees greet you when you come in and thank you when you leave your stores don’t there’s always someone at the registers your store not so much at Culver’s my order is taken immediately at your store I wait 10minutes as people walk by and have seen me standing there by I guess I’m not that important to them to them or your company to be acknowledged. The food at Culver’s is always hot and the order is always right. Your stores the food is cold to Luke warm, Patties are close to burnt, there’s so much salt on the fries they’re not edible. In Culver’s employees are relaying order’s and what they need to each other your stores dead silence. McDonald’s was my go to fast food restaurant but not anymore I have sent complaints in to the Az district office but have not seen any change in the manner of service. Nobody smiles , the manager’s who should be up front are none existent. It’s ashame this company has deteriorated this bad I can’t bring myself to eat here any more it is truly depressing.

    First of all the elderly lady who took my order left off a medium fry and instead of getting a Carmel frappe, she ordered me a Carmel ice coffee.
    When the item was brought out by a red haired girl with an attitude.
    She still tried to give me a Carmel iced coffee when I told her I wanted a frappe. She told me to talk to the manager.. I went back through the drive thru and told them I didn’t get my medium fry and they gave me a iced coffee instead of a Carmel frappe. The fry was taken care of, but not the frappe.
    It tastes horrible and I never had such bad service in my life from this company. I used to work for this company, they were awesome.
    Now, they hire rude people that do not care about the customers.

Needless to say, he was very upset. so I wasn’t going to drive all the way back to Yonkers. I live about a half hour from the McDonald’s in Yonkers, but there’s a McDonald’s where I live, Pleasantville, NY. So I went to the one in my hometown. I asked the manager what I should do and I told her I was going to buy another happy meal there, that I didn’t expect her to give me a replacement. So she saw how upset my grandson was and gave him the six chicken nuggets that the Yonkers’ store forgot to pack in our order. I’m just writing to let you know that this manager made my grandson m a very happy. I didn’t get the manager’s name, but she is an Hispanic women in her fifties, I would say. This incident occurred about 6:30 p.m. at the Pleasantville McDonald’s. People like that really do wonders for your public image.   75. On the 13th of February of 2022 at approximately 815PM while in San Juan, Puerto Rico I was in Old San Juan and I needed to enter the bathroom since I have a bladder problem. I found a McDonalds located in Puerta de Tierra, Puerto Rico and tried to enter. The door was locked and I asked the person inside to please let me in so I may use the bathroom. He said they were closed and could not let me in. I did not understand so outside was the manager and I asked him I needed to use the bathroom and he told me he could not because the system was down and he had to close. (There were cars being served by the drive-through) I explained that did not understand what the system had to do to let me enter the bathroom. He told me that he has to follow orders from the top. I told him that if I had to purchase anything to enter I would purchase it. He continued to yell at me and began to insult me. I asked him what was he saying and he continued to insult me. I am a 65 year old male and I don’t think I deserved that type of treatment. I am so disappointed and will never step into a McDonalds again. I would not want anyone fired nevertheless he needs to respect people and needs someone to sit down with him and teach him customer service skills.

  77. I live in Eagan MN. Recently we had a location close on Diffley and Lexington streets. They said it was because of staffing help. I doubt that. I believe the owner was incompetent. I would often go there and there would be 10 cars in line. I would go inside. They would have 3 workers at the counter and no customers. Why weren’t 2 of those workers trained to help the drive-thru? I often got order that were wrong. Again a training issue. This location is very close to a huge High School, a Middle School and 2 Elementary School. Also close to many apartment buildings and a large single family neighborhood with hundreds of homes. In the summer there is a set of baseball fields across the street that hold huge tournaments and have leagues during the summer. HOW COULD A MCDONALDS FAIL IN THIS AREA?

    My 2nd concern is that this same owner has another location in Eagan on Town Centre Drive. Last Saturday I went for breakfast at 10:15. The line was long. 2 cars wide and 10 cars long. I got to the speaker at 10:30. The girl said sorry, breakfast has ended. I said “What? I have been in line for 15 minutes. She said sorry. I pulled over and watched as car after car was told the same thing and they pulled off. They must have chased off $300-400 dollars of business. This is the SAME OWNER that had to close his other Eagan location. He does not know how to run a business. I am concerned that this location may close because of his inept business skills!!

    Please help save this location by persuading him to sell or taking it over as a Corporate Store!!

  78. I have never lodged a complaint to corporate before in my 43 years of life but I am very upset with how this visit to McDonald’s on Sturgess Street Morgantown WV went tonight. Let me start with a positive. The women who took my order at the drive thru was wonderful. She deserves recognition. After that it went down hill. I pull up to the next window I’m handed the happy meal for my passenger and all the drinks that were ordered. I’m told to pull around. I pull around to the front of the restaurant where it is clearly marked to wait for your food. Fifteen minutes passes and still no food. I try to go into the restaurant to find that the doors are locked. It is 7:30 pm. I pull back around the drive thru and go to the second window. I hand the boy my receipt and inform him I’m still waiting for my good. He apologizes. Goes and talks to a group of people inside and they all look at me then the boy comes back and states that the guy standing behind the counter days he gave me our food and something about spot 3. I said I don’t know where spot 3 is and I pulled Infront of the building where it is marked to wait. I don’t remember anybody mentioning spot 3 prior to this. I said that guy has not handed me anything and if I was in the wrong waiting place then he gave someone else my food. He goes and talks to them again and comes back and tells me to pull around again. I clarify that I am supposed to pull in front again in the clearly marked waiting area and he says yes. Another 10 minutes and two men carry out my food. They would not speak at all to me and I was being treated like I did something wrong. This is unacceptable treatment of a customer. I can not tell you how upset this has made me feel. The employee straight out lied when he said he handed me my food and I can not stress enough that the stares and the not speaking at all to me when bringing my food to the window is unacceptable treatment.

  79. There have been times when I have been charged for a large combo meal without being asked if I wanted to upsize from medium to large. The menu says that a medium fry and drink comes with the combo meals. Several times the order taker has automatically punched in a large which costs more. My understanding is that unless the customer specifically mentions upsizing or agrees to upsizing at the suggestion of the order taker that they are to receive the medium size meal and price as the default. Am I wrong? Does corporate, as a policy, tell order takers to automatically upsize the combo meals unless the customer says otherwise hoping the customer doesn’t catch the error. If so, I think McDonald’s is raking in millions of extra dollars by this fraudulent practice. Thanks for your response.

    Complaint: On 02/02/2022 at around 8:00PM (CST), I ordered a #2a MEAL- Quarter Pounder w/cheese, medium fries and a Coca-Cola beverage. Along with the #2 meal, I also ordered a #4c-crispy chicken deluxe sandwich, medium fries and a Coca-Cola beverage. The total came to $17.04. I paid with a $20 bill. I didn’t think to check the food for freshness considering I was the only customer they had to attend to during that time. I live right down the road from this restaurant, it is literally a 2 minute drive. When I arrive home and inspect the food, it is beyond unsatisfactory. The chicken is burnt, cold and stale. The fries are unsalted and lukewarm. The Quarter Pounder is hard, cold and equally dissatisfying. I put the food back into the brown paper bag and I proceed to McDonald’s for the second time. I go back through the drive through and politely inform the window attendant of the condition of the food and express my dissatisfaction. She requests that I pull up to the third window and that my food will be remade. A little less than 10 minutes later, I am handed, what I assumed, was a freshly made order. Again, I didn’t think to inspect the contents because surly the food cannot be in the same condition as the first time. I arrive home and inspect the food. I believe everyone is familiar with the saying “You know what happens when you assume? It makes an @** out of u and me.” And it did just that. The condition of this food was worse than the first time. The deluxe chicken sandwich was no longer a deluxe. Instead it was a black overcooked piece of something with some sort of liquid splashed on top of it. I wouldn’t serve this to the homeless, let alone an already frustrated, paying customer. I return back to McDonald’s for now the THIRD time. The actions and treatment from the night manger who represents your company, who is the first point of contact in regards to problem/resolution with the customers who keep McDonald’s in business, and who is supposed to set an example for the coworkers that she overseas and who is responsible for a percentage of the reputation of McDonald’s in general, displayed the very opposite. I was frustrated, it was very clear that I was frustrated because this was the third time I had to return and I requested a refund. This manger displayed acts of hostility by slamming the window repeatedly, she voiced aloud in anger and very loudly where the customers who were behind my vehicle and the coworkers inside the building could hear her exchange of words quite clearly. She cursed at me, she called me an “Ugly bitch” she informed me that she made the sandwich herself, which is probably why she handed the bag to me with a deviant smirk and voiced for me to “have a nice night” in a tone that implied sarcasm. She came through the window at me and to top it all off, when she handed me my refund, she didn’t even provide me my entire refund. She gave me $9.81 out of the $17.04 that I paid. This is the sort of employees that you have representing your company. I am beyond livid. I am beyond dissatisfied. I will be sharing my experience with everyone and on every social media platform. If I was a franchise owner, I would be beyond embarrassed. That employee as well as the employees that worked that evening who had also voiced their opinions and displayed unprofessional work ethic and below par customer service and lack of communication skills, would be out of a job. The drive thru was not attended to so I drove up to the 1st window to see if there was a reason no orders were being taken at that time. You could see employees walking back and forth, but no one waskind enough to come over to give me a reason as to why no one was taking orders at that time. She said for me to drive back around, so I asked if I could just place my order at the window she said no that I had to go back around and place my order. There was another vehicle behind me at this time so I drove back around to place my order but when I got back there still no one answered at the speaker box so I pulled away to go next door to Burger King to place a order, as I was pulling away I saw the car that was behind me at the pickup window. I ordered the chicken sandwich meal and just the deluxe sandwich. The buns are burned, nothing on the regular chicken sandwich except for chicken no mayonnaise etc and on the deluxe the mayonnaise, and tomatoes were sloppily thrown in and was all over the box. Two staff refused to honor my timely promo and charged me for both burgers & the cone. The girl told me to pay in full for this order and use the promo at a later time; I refused. She then refused to returny promo receipt so I through the order back thru the order window. This being the 2nd time in 2 weeks that this location screwed up my order & 2nd time that I spent 2.50 for bus passes w/o getting my order — I was/am pissed!!! She contacted a supervisor/owner who returned my promo receipt & attempted to correct MY mistakes; well the damage had already been done. I then traveled over 5-miles to another McD’s & received excellent service . . . honoring the promo w/o question. The staff were excellent at #13589 (SW BARBUR) quite unlike your BURNSIDE location. My experiences at your BURNSIDE location almost cost another customer for McD’s. When shopping on BURNSIDE . . . I will eat at Taco Bell or Subway as I suggest others do as well. I need the general manager here in Albany Georgia Brenda Lawson for store# 3505 I know you may hear a lot of things I’m just asking for peace I don’t know no one in this McDonald’s or slappy but for some odd reason I constantly get attitude and harassing statements the manager stated he think he bad what is that to say I wasn’t disrespectful only thing I was explaining about my order and how many times I repeated the same thing over and over again I’m not a bad person I was just going to McDonald’s for my family can you please talk to the manager or team leader and there team about customer service the food was thrown in the bag just any kind of way there was no need for that. so to avoid conflict I didn’t address it today I just want to to order three meals for my family and I repeated it over and over I’m not trying to cause no problems I was not the only one that had a problem.

I ordered on line waited for 45 minutes, I called store then they sent an order out and it was wrong she went back in came back out ask me for a receipt, WHAT, you haven’t given me anything, so she goes back in and never comes back out. I didn’t wear my shoes to JUST pickup so I had to go inside. The boy at counter left the register to go outside with a friend, paid no attention to me, I stood there and had to ask someone to help me, they ignored me, so your so called manager acknowledged me and gave me my order, everyone there was off their game they were doing their own thing and the place was a mess. Your store won’t be opened long people do what they want, manager is ran by people, he doesn’t care, they laughed at me when I left like they didn’t do anything wrong. Worst McDonald’s ever I should have gotten my money back at least, they gave me a terrible sandwich that taste like the oil hasn’t been changed in a year. The line was ridiculously long as well

  99. Someone needs to investigate your location on Jefferson Rd in South Charleston WV. I have been going there for several years and the following complaint is not isolated as a one off. The Coke machine or water supply is out at least several days in a row every couple of months. They also constantly run out of products such as apples for the oatmeal etc. I realize these may seen minor in the big scheme of things but all of these things combined and the frequency that is happens really hurts your brand image.

    I was in the line to pay for my food in the drive thru. There were several cars waiting in line to get their food, so I couldn’t move up to pay. When I got to the 1st window the guy was taking someone’s order, so I had to wait to give him my money. By then the cars in front of me were gone, so no one was in front of me at the second window. He finally took my money and I was waiting for my change. As I was waiting for my change, a black female with PINK braids stuck her head out the second window. She looked and yelled out, “He just sitting there, guess he don’t want his food!” “He just sitting there!!!” Assuming I was a male and just holding up the line on purpose. She then stuck my order out the pick up window hollering, “You don’t want your food!!!! I was still awaiting my change from the first window and hung my head out the car window and told her I was waiting for my change. She continued to hang out the second window waving my food with agitation. When I finally received my change I moved to the second window to receive my order. I asked her why was she yelling at me while I was at the first window while I was waiting for my change. She began to raise her voice in a agitated state as she aggressively handed my food through the window. I asked her who was she yelling at. And that she was the one who assumed what was happening at the first window and she then stated, ” You are so rude!” and slammed the window in my face as I sat in disbelief that she would be so unprofessional. I then pulled up to the side entry door and went in to ask for a manager to file a complaint. I then entered into the lobby with my mask on asking for a manager. I was immediately addressed by the same black female from the second window yelling aggressively “You not even suppose to be in here!!!” Only delivery is allowed in here!!!! “You need to leave!” There was a family sitting in the lobby eating. I then told her I would like to speak with a manager at which time she yelled “I’m the manager and you need to leave!” I then asked to speak to any other manager besides her. She then yelled, “I’m the only one and you need to leave now!” I explained to her I was gonna wait. She began yelling again stating I needed to leave and no one wasn’t allowed to be in the lobby.She then yelled for someone to go lock the doors while myself and a family were still in the lobby. I continued to ask to speak to another manager, she continued to ignore me. She then was heard by me talking to several staff stating “Its always our people”. So, now she not only was unprofessional she was now RACIALLY classifying me because we are both African Americans. I then retrieved my food from my car to get a refund. As I was entering back in, the same black female allowed a black male and his son to come in to use the restroom, however she told me no one was allowed in the lobby when I came in to request a manager. So why was the male and his son allowed to use the restroom but I was not allowed to access the lobby to request a manager? As I was still waiting to get my refund another male came in the lobby through one of the open doors, by now its after 730pm. No one tells him he cant be in the lobby. As I continue to wait for a refund a Hispanic female came to handle my order. I asked her if she was a manager and she told me she was one of the ones on duty. I asked her once my refund was processed could I speak with her privately. She agreed to speak with me. I explained to her what happened and that I was told there wasn’t another manager on duty. She apologized to me for what happened and stated she was in the back area and heard some of what was happening but was wondering what was going on. She also told me I wasn’t the first to complain. I asked for the other managers name , which was Roxanne “Roxie”. Me and my family have been coming to this location for over 6 years with no issues. I manage to get a picture of this “MANAGER” with Pink braids if needed. This is the worst, insulting customer service I’ve every experience in my life. It’s hard to believe she’s representing a well-known friendly, family atmosphere type of establishment AND representing McDonald’s!

  103. I really wish someone would check on the McDonalds in Schoolcraft Michigan. Whoever runs that place has no clue on what is going on there. We go there pretty often and every time the ice machine is broke or they are out of things early in the morning. The employees at the window for the most part never say thank you after giving them payment. They always mess up our orders and the grounds are not kept up. Weeds growing everywhere. It’s like kids are running the place and could care less about the service or anything else. If you look at the reviews online regarding the Schoolcraft McDonalds, it has a very low rate. Who wants to have a drink all the time with now ice. Each time you go they say its being fixed right now and then you go back the next day and still no ice. Their machines are always breaking down. The owners have no business owning a McDonalds if they can’t run it correctly and have no interest in keeping it up. Please do something to fix this.

  114. Hi. My name is Marie Felizardo and I need to complain about one of your employees. She was very rude and condescending. The store # is 38204 located in Chula Vista, CA. She was working the drive up window. Everything was fine until I got to the second window and she was handing out the food. Her name is Aliyse. I had ordered 3 chicken nugget meals and all I asked her was if the sauce was in the bag. She said it was at the bottom of the bag so I checked and it wasn’t there. She told me that she doesn’t bag the food in a very rude snappy manner. Before she gave me the food she was also arguing with one of the other employees. I went home and called and spoke to a manager and she told me that she had many complaints about her yesterday and today and they are going to take disciplinary action towards her. My question is, why is she still working there when she has had many complaints about her? I usually do not take things to this level but she was so rude and I was shocked at her answer to my question. I hope that you guys will address this problem.

  115. There seems to be a trend in youths hanging out and causing disturbances in and around McDonald’s locations. Waterdown Ontario is also experiencing this trend. Personally I stay clear of your Restaurant due to this being a youth hang out with ignorant youths.
    I think something needs to be done to let families feel safe in and around your locations. Management is not equipped to handle violent situations. Security personnel or security cameras need to be in place and reviewed. Start sending a message to communities on who you want your customers to be. Hot headed youths or Adults and families.
    There was an article in the Flamborough post from a police meeting to discuss issues in Waterdown the plaza in which you store is located was a high concern of the community for the reasons I’ve mentioned.

  117. Pikeville Tn, McDonalds, need MORE adult supervision. All you ever see is high school kids running around. The food.. is “horrible” and not made right. Their Carmel Lattes are NEVER full cups. I have to wait in the line because there is only one person working the register at that time. There are four people in front .   127. The store at 7400 North 30th Street in Omaha, NE is horrible. For one thing, the drive-thru menu is situated so it’s hard to read when you’re at the speaker to order. Even if it was in a better position, the glass is dirty or cloudy or something. The inside smells bad and is not very clean.     The food is over an hour and a half late , tested like rubber and the fries are soaked!

    after calling 2 times to ask about our order , the sent it without even an apology! we then refused to take it as it also took too long to reach us after our 3rd call !

Well prior to that I was at same store bout week before had same problem I requested the manger on duty at the time she tell me they ran out 2 days before I said u need removed McRibs from the menu stop false advertising something u no longer have she just looks at me like a lost puppy
    Now week later (meaning today) I see still beening advertise on menu and i have pictures of the McRibs on the windows of buildings and at the main counter I took pictures of em all too
    Iam outraged as a customer beening lied too and when I complained to manger and nothing happens except beening treated like a fool

  136. I live in the area around this location and they are not short on issues . Now I don’t know if it’s due to poor management pratice, but on multiple occasions I have come and received poor service. At one point I visited this location which is 24 hours and I was informed that they weren’t serving burgers which is a McDonald’s staple. On several occasions I have been told that they don’t have Apple pies no matter what time you visit this location. Now as a former employee of a McDonald’s location I don’t feel like the job is as difficult as this location makes it seem. I believe customer service is a big deal and this location lacks it in every aspect. There is no contact info posted to voice concerns to the owner or management at this location. I do believe this location had the potential to be better with the help of people who care.

  138. I visited Store #35654 at 6:18am Dec 13, 2016 this morning with my daughter, which we do on a weekly basis. This morning the young lady behind the counter was obviously in a bad mood (not our problem), she was very slow in getting our order taken and then when four other men walked in to order their breakfast she quickly shouted “Oh my God”, then she preceded to the back of the store and ignored the gentlemen until they finally left and she laughed about it. While this was all taking place, the cashier and another employee were using quite to foul language in front of other waiting customers. This is not my first bad experience at this location either. They want a higher minimum wage, then show some intelligence for goodness sake and little courtesy while they are at it.

  139. I visited the mcdonalds in lebanon tn on west main st and the temperature for the past two times inside the play area is 37 degrees. There is always a birthday party with numerous decorations for customers not to be able to have room to sit. Which occupies half of the play area. This store has had complaints galore posted on local websites and will most likely not remain in business in this town of 20000 plus residents. Rudeness and incompetence in service to the public is greatly disliked and frowned on in this town. You stand to lose a lot of money since this is a College town and even they are shunning buying from you. NO EXCUSE FOR THE RUDE NON SERVICE TODAY.   141. I visited the McDonald’s on main street in Grand Prairie Texas last night, and I will never visit that location again. Myself and my five kids and 3 grandkids will never visit any McDonald’s again as long as I live! I have never been so angry! You had the filet of fish on sale 2 for 5 dollars but evidently they are not on sale anymore, however you didn’t have it removed from the board yet which was OK with me. My oldest son got irate and said no mom that’s false advertisement, I told him pick something else. He said fine bit I’m calling Corp and complaining. He asked for the manager, who was so rude that now I was getting irate. She refused to give her us her name, she refused to give us the store number and when we went to go find it on the door or somewhere she came out cussing in front of my children. I am a Christian and that language won’t be tolerated in front of my children. It was about 8pm Wed night. All I can say is from now on I will be at Jack in the Box or Taco Bell, or any other fast food place BUT McDonald’s. I’m also going to let the Sunday service at my church know about this location and their non-Christian like behavior and recommend that they and everyone I know no longer use McDonald’s. Thank you.And try to hire better people, this is past ridiculous.

I went to the restroom and when I went to get some toilet paper, the holder came slamming down on top of my forehead. It hurt and just about knocked me out. It took a few seconds before I could even get my thoughts back. After talking to one of the young gals in charge, I get “Oh that happen to you too, it’s happen to others and we have had trouble with it” I told her 3 times to shut that stall off before someone sues them over it. She filled out an accident report and said she’d shut it off. I went back today to see if anything was done, NOPE. and it still comes open when you touch it. How dangerous! I was close to being knocked out. If that would of been someone older or light headed, it would of taken them out. Very dangerous! The place on my fore head is very tender and if I Bend over it hurts. This is a serious matter and something needs to be done soon. Before someone is hurt badly.
