Target eHR – The Target Employee Portal.

Everything you need to know about the Target Team Member Services portal, including Target eHR Login help, Target Benefits, how to view your schedule from home, and much more.

The Target Team Member Portal is the main Target employee resource. As an employee, or ‘Team Member’ you will be able to view your schedule, see paystubs and health benefits, change your contact information and apply for time off, from within the portal.

However, new employees are often confused about which login page to use, as the company still has various working login pages, due to up-dates in the system. Below, we have added the various login pages that you can encounter as a Target employee and we have explained the difference between them.

Target Team Member Service Overview.

Target eHR.

The Target eHR Portal can no longer be accessed from home, only from a workstation. With Target eHR, you could update personal information, sign up for, direct deposits, submit time off, view schedules and paystubs and much more.

Your Target payslips can now be viewed through the Workday app from your App Store. Time Off requests have to be submitted from the store.

Remember, the login LAN ID is the same username and password you use for everything: eHR, workbench, etc. If you do not have a Target LAN ID number, then use your 8-digit Target Team Member number and your eHR password.

Target Team Member Secure Login.

SecureConnect is a website that provides remote access connectivity to Target resources, such as Outlook.
SecureConnect supports Target laptops, home PCs and home Macs that are configured to meet
Target Security Standards. The browsing experience will be the same as if you are in the office.

You need to fulfill certain requirements to be able to use the Secure Connect system, such as filling out a “RemoteAccess-SecureConnect VPN : SSLVPN-TM-USERS” request in My Access. See the full Guide PDF here.

If you are new ‘Team Member’ or considering joining the company, you may find this video interesting. The video was posted by a former Target employee, and it deals mostly with the interview process, descriptions of the work hierarchy, working in the clothes changing room section, and with problems within the EHR system when taking more than 10 days day off in a row.

Target View My Schedule Login.

The most commonly used function in the Target Employee Portal system is the ‘View My Schedule’ option. By logging in, Team Members can view their up-coming schedule online from home or from a mobile phone.

Use the links below to log in and view your schedule. Please bear in mind that the login pages are dynamically generated, so you cannot bookmark the log in page.

Be sure to use your TM Team Member Number for the Login, and your Workbench/eHR Password for the Password. If you are do not know what these are, then ask your HR Team or Supervisor.

If your account is locked, or your password needs to be changed, you will need to login from the store. You cannot change your password or unlock your account from home.

If you encounter another problem, then click on the ‘question mark’ icon beside the box to get help.

View your Target Schedule with the Target Kronos App.

You can also view your Target work schedule with the Target Kronos App, which can be downloaded from major app stores. Just search for ‘Kronos’.

The Target Kronos App Server Name to input in the app is: https://mytimemobile.target.com, or https://mytimemobile.target.com/wfc.

Target Pay and Benefits.

To view your personalized paystubs, health benefits and well-being information, please use the Target Benefits login page.

You will need to register if you are new user. It will ask for the last four of your social and your birth date, then ask for your zip code.

Once registered, the rest of your personal information will already be in the system. Create a user ID, a password, and set up 5 security questions. When you are logged in, you can access your personal contact info, your pay info, and your health benefits. If you try to access the Benefits portal with a different web browser, the system will ask a series of security questions or send a code to your phone via text message.

What is the Target Team Member Number?

Your Target Team Member number is what you use on time clocks
Your Team Member number can also be found on your paycheck or Team Member Discount Card
Team Member Numbers are 8 numerals long
It may be displayed with two leading 0s which should be ignored
Examples: 12345678, 0025836914, 0001234567

What is the Target LAN ID?

Your target LAN ID is the what you use when logging into a Target computer
LAN IDs can consist of a letter followed by 6 numbers
Examples: Z012345, A012345 or S012345
LAN IDs can also be a group of letters followed by numbers
Examples: TEXT1234, OPXYZ0

You may be asked for:
