If you want to complain about a meail or product, then your first port of call should always be your local McDonald’s restaurant, where you bought the meal. Ask to speak to the manager, and the issue can usually be easily resolved. Often, you will be offered a replacement meal.

Ordered a quarter pounder without cheese via uber eats for my son who has severe food allergie to cheese. It arrived stating no cheese on label, opened the box to find that it contained cheese!!!! This has happened on several occasions and I am very dissatisfied, especially when you specifically request no cheese due to an anaphylaxis suffer.

My name is Pakarcia Wilson . While on your drive thru line last evening at about 11:27 pm . I was at Store number #1925 located at 2504 South orange avenue in orlando Florida 32806 general manger for that store is Mailyn Almedia. A contact number for the store is 407-841-9472.. My complaint is i placed a order at the drive thru i ordered a number #7 which was a two cheese burgers meal ,u also ordered a 10 piece nuggets my total would have valued $13.82 cents . I gave the male cashier $100 dollars and my change should have been $86 .18 cents before leaving the paying window i counted my change it was incorrect he had a balance off $ 5 .00 for me i asked him if i pull up would u bring the difference of my change he said yes .the lady came to the window asked my order and i told her what it was and that the cashier owed me $5.00 on my balance. She didn’t acknowledge me she just walked away i sat at that window for 10 mins .i got tired of waiting so i told them my change is incorrect so i need the balance of my change and the refund for my food to give me my hundred dollars back ,so i gave the manger the $81.18 that the cashier gave me she return to me $13.24 cents i said i gave the cashier $100.00 and the monies i gave was the incorrect change she slammed the window in my face and lock it and calls the Police on me and embarrassed me in a whole line of customers because she did not understand what i was explaining it took 2 hours of my time to get my funds and she still refused and said i only could get back what i paid for my food back and she never came and apologize or anything ..i am very frustrated of how rude a manger can be to a customer ..i intend to take this matter to another level because to publicly embarrass me like that and i did nothing wrong .. i didn’t even get loud i cried to the officers that came on the scene …am emotionally disturbed worse experienced ever and i will never spend another dollar of my money at a McDonald’s.
Went in store bill come to 4.26 I got a £20 out then found change in my pocket of the exact amount but was told as they had put £20 in the till screen they if you’re staff are that stupid should they be serving food

McDonald’s located in Fresno California at the corner of Shields Avenue and Blackstone Avenue have been ripping people off by saying there is a change shortage when I was standing in line I saw the change in their drawer and they still would not give me my $.10 back they have been doing this for months it is just organized crime right now it’s only thing I can see. I will not use this mcdonalds I drove to the McDonald’s at Blackstone and olive the price of my coffee and the change was correct.
I would like to complain that I collected the 6 drink stickers using the card system but was refused a free drink! I know you have changed the system to online but You should honour the collected stickers which have been collected as a frequent customer. Very bad customer relations!!

I made an online order and was at the curbside for 15 min waiting on my food. I saw the drive through was not busy and they were 2 cars in the curbside which one received it’s food as soon as I parked. I had to leave because I was going to be late for work. I left at 1:58 because I had to clock in at 2:00. I need a refund . I called the McDonald and the supervisor was extremely rude and started yelling at me even before I could tell her why I was calling. The employee has apparently already told her about me calling and he had hung up on me 2times this was my 3rd time calling. I have no lunch for today I get off work at 10pm and I cannot leave the job site at all until my shift is over. Ayana the supervisor after telling she couldn’t get stressed because she was tired and pregnant told me the only way I could get a refund was going back to the restaurant which I explained I couldn’t but she couldn’t understand me because she kept talking I over me telling me about her pregnancy and that she had barely arrived at the restaurant.

I placed an order through the drive through on 2/23/18@05:15 p.m. at the McDonald’s #36869, located at 25669 Highway 59, Kingwood, TX 77339. I ordered one double cheeseburger, no pickles, one fillet of fish, and one large coke. The window person instead had the order of 2 double cheeseburgers, one fillet of fish, and one large DIET Coke. I had to tie up the drive through getting that resolved. When I got home, I found that something was very wrong with the Coke. It was not drinkable–it had a nasty chemical taste. I immediately called the restaurant to warn them that they have a problem. Someone named Jasmine answered the phone, and claimed to be the manager. I told her about the Coke. She left the phone for a couple of minutes and returned, telling me that there was nothing wrong with the Coke.
Came in to the Spartanburg, SC McDonald’s on Asheville Highway with my grandmother. She had a previous receipt for a free sausage biscuit after you do the survey. She has used them countless times before, so I am figuring it would be no big deal. But on this day, she got insulted. A lady that said she was the District Manager said that she couldn’t honor the receipt because it was from a different McDonald’s. I said a McDonald’s is a McDonald’s, so I didn’t really understand, and that they have always taken them before. She got really rude. She said that the McDonald’s that the receipt came from is not her franchise so she didn’t have to honor it. Crazy. I don’t know which McDonald’s is which, first of all. Second, the McDonald’s to receipt came from is the closest McDonald’s to that location, just a little over three miles away. Stupid reasoning and excuse. My grandmother has always used them from any McDonald’s before, with never any issue, why the problem all of a sudden? The lady that said she was the District Manager said she only accepts them from her own stores, and that if we didn’t like it we could go back to the one we got it from. No problem, but she needs to watch how she talks to people. If someone could contact me and please explain how the system works, and how a 93 year old lady was left to feel like she got belittled over something she has continued to use in the past, that would be great. If I buy a item from Walmart in Florida, I can return that same to a Walmart in California, no issue. If I buy a gift card from Starbucks in New York, I can use that same gift card in Seattle, no problems. That lady needs to post a list of which ones she owns, because I will make sure everybody I know avoids those stores at all cost.
I placed an order through the drive-thru (Restaurant #36892) on 6/22/2017@8:49 pm. The locate where I placed my order was on 2739 WESLEY CHAPEL RD, DECATUR, GA 30035. My order number is 84. I ordered the southern style ckn meal, which was listed on the screen for $4.00. I also ordered the fish filet meal, which was also listed for $4.00 and two large fries. Afterwards, I was told to drive around for my total. When I came up to pay, the guy at the window told me my total was $16.84. I asked him how did he get that number when my meals plus the fries should have been around $10.00 and some change( i had a coupon for bogo fries). I asked the guy if both my meals were $4.00 each. The guy at the window told me that the fish meal was now $6.00 and change. I told him the price that was listed on the menu in the drive-thru stated $4.00, therefore, that is what I expected to pay. I asked him to honor the price that was listed but he told me he could not. I asked to speak to a manager. The manager came to the window to see what the problem was. I explained to her that I had ordered a fish meal which was listed for $4.00. She said, “I am so sorry but the price went up!” I told her that’s not what was listed out on the board. I asked her to honor the price. She stated that she was so sorry for the mishap but she could not give me the meal for $4.00. She continued to say, ” Yeah, I need to go out and change the prices, it’s been raining and I have not had time to change the board.” So my response was, ” Therefore don’t you have to honor that price that is printed, customers do not know if prices have changed or not.” She told me that she could not because the computer would not allow her to do so. I wanted to debate the issue but there were other cars behind me. Instead, I went ahead and ordered 2 southern style ckn meal, which by the way, was not $4.00 as it was listed on the board, but was $4.39 each. I am disappointed with the response of the manager. She had plenty of time to change that menu. It had just started raining 20 minutes prior to me getting my food. It was not raining earlier in the day, I stay in the area, so I know. Also, I had just bought a fish filet meal the other day at another location and it was $4.00. I enjoy going to McDonald’s but I don’t like being over charged or being misguided with wrong prices. If a price is listed, then that is the price I expect to pay. It is not my fault that the employees of the McDonald’s franchise are not doing their jobs.
This is in regards to the McCafe coffee pods. I love your coffee so I bought your pods for my single serve Knox coffee pot that uses Keurig type pods (I have used several brands already). The top of the pod on the McCafe came loose from the cup portion and those very fine grounds went into my coffee pot (somewhere). This is the third time the pods have come apart but the first time it jammed this new pot. However, my regular Keurig pot stopped working too, pods came apart 2 different times with that pot too. Needless to say, NO MORE MCCAFE COFFEE PODS FOR ME! This new pot is ruined and possibly your pods were the cause of my Keurig ceasing to work. Wanted you to know that some of your product isn’t functioning properly.

I went through drive through the guy or girl dana, totally ignored mw. wouldnt take my money just looked at me, then turns his back into the window like he is bullying me.lol. im serious like a little baby. this should be all on video cause im getting a lawyer on this. not sure why he did all this but it wasnt right. so the next window i pull up the girl took my money and said they have problems with this person all the time. haha. why would u keep some on like that?. man seriously. it was,awkward, but anyhow this has got to be made up to me this time. that was on Thursday 12/1/2017 and till now didn’t get any response .
I received my order to late (after 1:05 hour) also it was not the right order,The customer service agent here in Egypt was very rude, after a long discussion they have only one option that i have to wait for another hour to change the order (nothing about respecting time or customer) .
they refuse any way to compensate .
I asked to talk to the customer service manager they told me he’s unavailable now ,and they don’t care .
