How to Complain to Apple.

If you have a problem or complaint about an Apple product or service, your first option should always be to contact an Apple representative in your local Apple store.

If that is not possible, then we recommend using the Apple Support page to have their customer service department call you back immediately or, when convenient. This will save your from waiting upwards of 30 minutes, when calling their customer service number.

Simply visit the Apple Support page, choose your product, specify the problem and you will get to an option page, where you can choose to receive a call right now or to schedule a call from customer support. Then, enter your Apple product serial number and your phone number.

Apple does not have email support, but you can visit the Official Apple Discussion Forum, to get help from other Apple users.

  1. I will be going to the press regarding apples treatment of its customers 350 pounds was deducted by Apple from my account without my approval in small amounts. I disputed this as I did not give consent for this money to be deducted. I was told but a customer service officer who was helpful that’s this would be refunded and Apple refused this. On recent investigation we found my PayPal account was linked to Apple and we couldn’t remove it in the past and my child’s was making purchases on their card but when it didn’t work it defaulted to my card without our knowledge and although my child to remove my card in the past on several occasions Apple systems won’t let them and even though they weren’t on family sharing.
    I need everyone to be aware of this with Apple that this company which is worth so much money can do this to their customers and money can be deducted without consent. I am disputing this again it’s day light robbery.

  2. My apple watch accidentally fell out of my pocket on the floor. The watch is in warrenty, its insurance has not been taken out, but if I go to Pune camp unicorn service center, it will not be repaired. apple watch replacement cost 28000 said the cost is almost the same as the price of the new apple watch. So I am very upset about this company policy and service center service so I brought that return

  3. I was very dissatisfied with the lack of help I received for my iPhone issues. The so called supervisor named Jackie refused to give her last name and told me she couldn’t do what had been previously mentioned to me that could be done. I have not been able to upload or update apps due to card info but with all the breaches in social media and other public platforms I do not wish to give my card information to any company unless business related. Apps are not. I simply wanted the option to select none as my payment option but after an hour on hold and on calls I was met with snarky responses and and all our unwillingness to rectify my situation. My case number is 100720293447. Again the supervisor was very rude and went as far as to not send me to the proper department so that I could turn in this phone that has ultimately become a waste of money. I have the iPhone X and will gladly go back to Android! Due to your horrible customer service you have lost not one but two customers. My daughter is/was also an iPhone user.

  4. Since the 10.1.1 update i hv been having Bluetooth problems.. my Bluetooth devices booth connect but the connection is skipping and cutting out
